Professional Activities
As Administrative Director of The Winchester Institute for Real Estate Development, Kuerten is responsible for the day to day operations of the unit, overseeing marketing,
communications, event management, budgeting, personnel, and other related activities.
Prior to joining The Institute, she served as Executive Director for Graduate Executive
Programs in the Harbert College of Business for over 25 years and was Director of
The Small Business Development Center prior to that assignment.
