        Professional Activities

        Liz joined Auburn University in 2020 after being on faculty at the University of Delaware and the University of Melbourne. Liz holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in economics from Southern Methodist University. Her research interests include empirical asset pricing, investment, and behavioral finance.

        Liz has published in top-tier journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, and Management Science. Her papers have been the winner of the PanAgora Crowell Prize and Academic Competition at the Chicago Quantitative Alliance conference. She teaches Financial Management and Investments at both the undergraduate and MBA levels.
