Professional Activities

Rebecca Shippen has joined the Harbert College Office of Advancement as an Auburn Giving Officer. Rebecca is originally from Montgomery, AL, who graduated from Huntingdon College with a Bachelor of Arts, English and later earned a Masters of Education from Auburn University in 2022. Rebecca is coming to Harbert College from Honors College at Auburn where she has been a student recruiting coordinator and most recently as Administrator over student recruiting and enrollment management for the Honors College. Rebecca is starting in a new position created by Auburn Advancement that is designed to support the building of major gift pipelines through meeting with alumni and friends who have not been engaged by the college one on one.
