Pass rates on the four-part exam, taken by 53 students who were first-time candidates, were as follows:
Each spring, Auburn MAcc students sit for all four parts of the CPA exam before graduation.
“Our program is designed to allow students time to take the Becker CPA Review Course and CPA Exam in the spring while enrolled in only six graduate credit hours of coursework,” said Amy Murphy, MAcc Program Director. “Our continued success is a function of having outstanding students enrolled in the program, supportive faculty who provide our students with an excellent accounting education, and wonderful employers who see the importance of funding Becker for their new hires.
“We believe it’s our responsibility to have programs, and systems in place to ensure that our students pass the CPA exam before graduation and beginning their full-time jobs. If our students succeed, then we all succeed.”
