Why did you choose the Auburn Executive MBA program?

I choose Auburn because of its reputation for excellence, rich history and the unique blend of remote and in-person aspects of the EMBA program.  The program allows me to continue to focus on my career and family while still building connections with my EMBA cohort and the University.

As you conclude your first week of residency, how would you describe the experience?

I have been very impressed by the depth of Auburn’s EMBA program.  In the first week we have had productive conversations about leadership, emotional intelligence, biases, ethics and even race relations. The information was relevant and included diverse opinions and thoughts.  My key takeaway was seeing how much synergy is created by a group of engaged individuals operating as one team.  The full cohort was engaged, and I appreciated learning from the other students and professors.

When we can welcome you and your cohort to campus, what are you most looking forward to?

I am looking forward to meeting my professors and cohort peers in person.   I have never been to Auburn and am excited for the opportunity to connect further with the University and to be able to say War Eagle to someone in person.

What do you hope to achieve through the Auburn Executive MBA program?

I hope to further develop myself professionally and personally so that I can better help those around me succeed.
