For the fifth consecutive year, the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University ranks among the 2022 Best Online MBA Programs by Poets & Quants for admissions standards, academic experience, and career outcomes.
“The Auburn Online MBA has consistently ranked among the nation’s best since Poets & Quants began its survey five years ago,” said Jim Parrish, Executive Director of Full-Time and Online Graduate Business Programs. "This is directly related to our longevity in this space and consistent effort to provide students a flexible, engaging online experience that leads to a highly-valued degree generating an incredible return on investment.”
Auburn began offering a online MBA in 1989, making it one of the nation’s oldest. Ranked No. 14 this year, the Auburn MBA first entered the ranking of top programs in 2018. A record 52 schools were ranked this year, up from 47 a year ago. Rankings’ methodology relies upon admissions standards data collected from participating schools while academic experience and career outcomes data is accumulated from a survey of 2020-2021 alumni.
“Many of our students enter the MBA program as accomplished business professionals looking to build existing skill sets and move their careers to the next level,” said Stan Harris, Associate Dean of Graduate and International Programs. “The Harbert College of Business offers a highly flexible format making it possible for students to complete the degree without putting their careers on hold. To top it off, the program is competitively priced among our peer schools.” In the past year, the Harbert College of Business also placed No. 18 on the list of Best Online MBA Programs by U.S. News & World Report and No. 19 among the Top 25 Online MBA Programs by The Princeton Review.
