            • Will be virtual over the course of two months (April 6-May 21). There will be weekly content—both live and on demand. Sophomores who attend Kohl's Career Expo are on the fast track for an internship their junior year. Plus, you'll get real exposure and insights into one of the industry leading companies in retail!

          • Women on Wall Street - April 14th Virtual - Applications Due 3/19
            • The Women on Wall Street event is designed to provide high
              performing female sophomores with the chance to explore careers in
              investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking and commercial
              real estate. You will have the chance to hear from various CIB
              professionals on their experience in the industry, learn more about the
              different groups within CIB, and receive advanced technical training
              hosted by Training the Street. Select candidates may also be considered
          • Diverse Pathways Forum - April 21st Virtual - Applications Due 3/19
            • The Diverse Pathways Forum is designed for current sophomores
              who are interested in the financial services industry (investment
              banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real
              estate). During the forum, you will have the chance to hear from
              various CIB professionals on their experience in the industry, learn
              more about the different groups within CIB, and receive advanced
              technical training hosted by Training the Street. You will also learn
              how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process . Select
              candidates may also be considered for interviews for paid summer
