Jennie works with the Office of Communications and Marketing team as a digital strategist
and web project manager. She is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional that has
worked to improve digital user experience, promote the Harbert College brand and reputation, and increase engagement with key
target audiences. She has managed two website redesigns and managed larger digital
projects for the college including web server migration to the cloud and content management
system migrations. Her work has earned her two Medallion Awards from the Public Relations
Council of Alabama and the Spirit of Excellence Award from Auburn University.
While working with the college, Jennie has collaborated with professors to create experiential learning opportunities for students in graduate capstone courses. She enjoys mentoring students and team members whenever possible, and often tutors students taking web and digital design courses across the campus. She can also be found speaking at conferences on topics such as content governance, accessibility, SEO insights, and story telling with data.
