Auburn’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program equips graduates to shape communities and redefine how people live, work, and play. Offered collaboratively by the Harbert College of Business and the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction, this program lays a robust foundation for a thriving career in real estate development.

        Dive into sustainable development and natural resource efficiency while mastering essential industry skills in finance, architecture, planning, construction, law, and market analysis. Our flexible online format, complemented by short residencies and field studies, ensures that you can advance your career while forming a professional network that endures long after graduation.

        Learning Format

        Online learning is blended with six on-campus residencies, plus one international and three domestic field studies.

        Requirements

        Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least five years of professional experience or three years of real estate experience in fields such as accounting, appraisal, brokerage, construction, design, development, engineering, or law.

        21 months (5 semesters)

        Tuition & Financial Aid

        MRED tuition includes almost everything, and the price is locked in. It encompasses instructional materials, housing during residencies, most meals while on campus, lodging during the global experience trip, as well as cap and gown rental and graduation fees.
